TO USE THE JB MIRACLE SOCK, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. File and cut toenails
2. Wash feet and pat dry [note for problem areas use
promise stone no razor]
3. Can be used with or without cream
4. Gather sock up, place foot in gently
5. Can be worn as little as 15 minures or longer
6. Hand wash: Separate the sock from the lining by gently taking them apart
without tearing the sock. Wash the cloth side by hand and air dry. No Heat (do
not put in the dryer). After drying, put sock back together.
7. One size fits most
